Didactic-laboratory proposals
The educational purpose of these didactic-laboratory proposals is to sensitize children to the value of peace, with the objectives of knowing and respecting the territory, setting the First World War in history, analyzing the life of the civilian population during the conflict and finally leaving a tangible sign of peace. In each of them we will also visit the different rooms of the Fort with explanations appropriate to the age of the children.
There is a large recreation space.

Scheduled activities
The purpose of the laboratory is to get to know the surrounding area through the plants and rocks present in the Fort area, with a view to respecting and enhancing the commons.
At the end of the activity, flower seed bombs will be created to take home or to class and to throw from the roof of the Fort, as a message of peace for everyone.
The activity is intended for the 2nd, 3rd and 4th grades of primary school.
Duration: 3 hours 30.
Pupils will be catapulted into the story of how life was lived in the early twentieth century: housework, the stable, the fields, learning what tasks were reserved for children of their age.
Responding to a letter from a relative sent to the front, they will be asked to identify themselves with a peer of a hundred years ago, to reflect together on the importance of living in times of peace.
The activity is intended for the 4th and 5th grades of primary school and the 1st, 2nd and 3rd grades of lower secondary school.
Duration: 3 hours 30.

With this activity, the students will be given a topographical map of the Fort and photographic clues for conducting the hunt.
By fielding knowledge to orient themselves, intuition and group cooperation they will find the parts of a contextualized story on various curious episodes of the Great War, with a view to reflecting on the value of peace.
The activity is intended for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd grades of lower secondary school.
